A performance can be booked for a reasonable fee. The fee helps offset our many operating expenses and provides funding for new dances. A typical performance lasts approximately thirty minutes.

Our dancing season runs from October 1st through the end of April.  We begin accepting bookings for our dancing season on September 1st each year.  All requests must be made four weeks in advance.  We are unable to book performances during the summer months due to our involvement at the H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation.

If you would like to make a booking request for the months of October through April, you may do so by sending us your request via e-mail. To ensure prompt handling of your request, please include your name, your organization, the date and time that you would like us to perform and an e-mail address at which you can be reached. The Booking Director will return your message to discuss the request. Emails are returned in the order that they are received.
